Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt (order number) or proof of purchase.

1. Please email support@gadikat.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fee (we can discuss about whether to keep this. Usually we have to pay a processing fee on the credit card transaction so better to cover it. )
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Return Exceptions

Clearance items cannot be returned. This would be stated on clearance item.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
